There is a contingent fee charged for these cases, which means if there’s no recovery, there’s no fee. We tend to only take cases that we believe we can obtain full and fair compensation for our clients. The fee is tied to the end result and not necessarily the work put into it, which can be considerable. The fee is limited to the contingent fee.
