How long does it take to settle a car accident claim?
Answer:
A car accident case can be resolved quickly if it involves minimal damage and minimal injury. We don’t want to resolve any car accident claim unless we are certain that our client is either done with their treatment, or their treatment has progressed to a place where we know for certain what sort of medical care and expenses will be necessary in the future. Sometimes that can take from months to up to a year or more. We will pursue the claim as aggressively as we need to once it is in a place to be resolved.
